2. Estimates & Quotes

All estimates provided are based on the information available at the time of assessment. Final pricing may vary if the scope of work changes or unforeseen conditions are discovered. Any changes will be communicated and agreed upon before additional work is performed.

3. Payment

Payment terms will be outlined at the time of the estimate. We reserve the right to require a deposit before work begins. Final payment is due upon completion of the project unless otherwise agreed in writing. Failure to pay may result in additional fees or legal action.

4. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

• Provide safe and reasonable access to the work area
• Remove or cover valuables and fragile items prior to work
• Communicate any concerns or changes in a timely manner
• Ensure the work area meets any conditions required for the project (e.g., dry surfaces)

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our service, please notify us within 7 days of project completion. We will make reasonable efforts to address and correct any issues at no additional cost, provided the concerns fall within the original scope of work.

6. Cancellations

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled start date. Cancellations made after materials have been purchased may be subject to a restocking or materials fee.

7. Limitation of Liability

DFW Quality Painting is not liable for pre-existing damage, defects, or conditions that are discovered during or after the project. Our liability is limited to the cost of services rendered. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
